David Warner's magnificent 124runs in his 100th match, Australian team put up a masterful score but it was the pace of Pat Cummins 1 wicket 59 runs in 10 overs and  Kane Richardson 3 wickets 58 runs in 10 overs and Nathan Coulter-Nile 2 wickets 56 runs in 10 overs, who delivered in the last overs to stifle the Indian batsmen. Manish Pandey 33 runs and Kedar Jadhav 65 runs added 61 runs for the 5th wicket but both paid for their indiscretions as their depositions in quick series brought Australia back in the match. Mahendra Singh Dhoni 13 runs off 10 balls failed to connect the majority of his deliveries, performing as many as 6 dot balls while the last overs, proving to be too expensive.
